Serial entrepreneur and technology angel investor, Lucian is actively involved with various other technology & online projects.

Constantin Tovisi VP Biz Dev

Passionate about online marketing and entrepreneurship, with an experience of 7 years, in both corporate and NGO organizations.

In the last years he is using this experience working on some kick ass projects at Soft32.

Andreea Berea Marketing Manager

With 3 years experience in online marketing, Andreea is in charge with all of our marketing efforts on all the channels we are using.

She was the first one to join the marketing team and she is also the one that made it possible to build an excellent marketing department.

Stefan Rusu Head of Engineering

Stefan is in charge with our online infrastructure that includes the cloud servers architecture, deployment and optimisation, plus 2 other deployments in other 2 data centers in US and Europe.

Being one of the first employees to join the company, Stefan started as Mac editor, became a PHP developer to finally become our Head of Engneering.

Mircea Soaica Lead Developer

Mircea is in charge with the development of the architecture and back-end for the Soft32 online platform and Soft32 Downloader.

Fluent with numerous programming languages, passionate about new technologies and challenges, Mircea has 5+ years experience in the field.

Adina Habean HR Manager

Adina is the one responsible with our efforts to recruit amazing, self-motivated new members to join our team.

With a bachelor degree in Psychology and a master in Human Resources, Adina is most of the time the primary point of contact with our team.
