Front-End Developer

We are looking for a passionate UX designer with a strong desire to design, create and test engaging interactive applications and digital interfaces. The UX designer will be involved in the entire lifecycle of the project - from concept stage until delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• developing user flows, creating wireframes, delivering prototypes, and designing aesthetically pleasing interfaces
• identifying customers behaviours and needs through research and analysis
• designing a wide-range of outcomes like ease of use or conversion
• advocating for the user needs while also having strong commercial awareness
• managing multiple projects, working closely with both product manager and development team
• user testing - observing users to understand their behaviors, needs and goals

• taking an interactive approach to design while being able to collaborate and open to critique

• understanding of user experiences in relation to technical aspects of UI implementation such as interactions and responsive design

Education and Experience

• proficiency in design, web, and multimedia software and applications
• strong verbal and written english communication skills
• at least 3 years work experience on UX or related field in a web based company
• experience with web analytics software
• familiarity with A/B testing
